The flimsy plastic liner she had in the space bunched and did nothing to prevent moisture from getting into the crawl space so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a crawl space encapsulation system.

Woods installed CleanSpace over the foundation walls, columns and floors of the crawlspace. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick, durable plastic moisture barrier. It prevents moisture from entering the crawl space to keep it dry and usable. It’s mold resistant and maximizes available light within the crawlspace due to its bright white color.
