This home underwent a big change for the better; CleanSpace encapsulation by Woods! Once standing water was removed, we carefully and completely sealed this crawl space from moisture. No more muggy air rising from down there!

A trash can liner was used as a sump pump well to collect and pump water out of this Carbondale, Illinois crawl space.  We installed a SmartSump® crawl space sump with plumbing leak alarm, covered lid, and radon control drain in the lid.  The white CleanSpace® liner prevents vapors from leaving the dirt soil and entering the living space of the home!
