Repairing A Driveway In Festus, MO

A driveway in Festus, Missouri, had some cracking and slab displacement that needed to be addressed. Woods came out and installed a few products to address this issue. Their first install, the PolyLevel System, will make the slabs level again. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. With the displacement corrected, it was time for Woods to address the cracks using the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these two installs in place, this driveway is practically as good as new!

Sinking Sidewalk Lifted with PolyLEVEL Foam Injection in Herculaneum, MO

In the before photo you can see that the pathway from the front door to the driveway was starting to sink, tilting away from the house. If you look closely at the step up to the house you can see the difference in where the sidewalk should be compared to where it is in the photo. Woods' PolyLEVEL foam injection lifted these concrete slabs back to their original position, and will permanently keep them there. PolyLEVEL foam causes minimal down time as these homeowners were able to walk on this pathway just 15 minutes after completion of the project!

PolyLEVEL Installation in Arnold, MO

Homeowner Dianna S. in Arnold, MO noticed unleveled and cracked concrete in the driveway of her home. After realizing the unpleasant appearance and safety hazards that comes with uneven concrete, she gave Woods Basement Systems a call.

System design specialist, Jeremy R. did an inspection and created a design that would restore the driveway of the home. Foreman William T. did a PolyLEVEL installation that would guarantee leveled and safe concrete. The PolyLEVEL system requires lightweight equipment and less damage than other repair options. Instead of using a mixture of concrete and mud, high-density polymers are injected into small holes that are drilled in the concrete.

As the "after" picture shows, the PolyLEVEL system was the best solution to restore the driveway of the home.

After than cement covers the holes and within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.
