This La Porte, Indiana egress window would leak with heavy rains.  We installed a well duct that would channel water into an interior system of WaterGuard.  

We designed a solution to capture water at the cove joint entry point, in this La Porte, Indiana basement.  

In order to capture water from around the cove joint around the perimeter of the basement, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard System.

The WaterGuard solution was installed to control perimeter water from the cove joint and redirect that water to a sump pit. 

To help route water away from the structure, we removed a layer of top soil along the agreed-upon trench path and dig a trench.  We  then installed four-inch, solid drain tile in the trench and connected it to the agreed upon termination point.  From there, we then backfilled trench with dirt and replaced the top soil.
