This customer found water coming in through a basement closet.  We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture the water that was seeping in.  

Water had pushed its way up through this old basement floor for so many years that it began to weaken and break apart.  We installed an entire perimeter dewatering system, along with a newly poured concrete floor.  

Our crew made directing this New Buffalo, Michigan gutter into an Underground Downspout look like magic.  There is a lot of hard work that goes into this process and our team of Jason and Sean did an excellent job for this homeowner.

This Underground Downspout was installed to carry sump pump discharge water away from the foundation.  

A Lateral Drain is a great solution when you want to guide water to a sump pump, and the basement does not have a complete system.
