Before & After Photos

This Rochester, Indiana homeowner had several spots where settling and pressure had caused hairline cracks on his poured foundation walls.  We fixed these issues with seven Epoxy Crack Injections that come with a life-time transferable warranty.  

It is hard to see in the before picture, but if you scan to the right of the photo, you will notice discoloration along the cove joint.  We installed EmeShield to flash that seepage into a perimeter of DryTrak.  (Bricks are removed after epoxy is set)

We excavated the entry area and built a frame with treated 4"x6"s, added stone around the outside of the frame and inside at the base.  We then built a custom lid with rubber roofing.

This North Liberty, Indiana resident noticed that a pipe that went through his foundation had begun to leak.  We did an Epoxy Pipe Patch to remedy the leak.  

To prevent water intrusion into this North Liberty, Indiana basement, we ground and prepped this crack to inject it with epoxy.
