We applied EmeShield for the first step in this basement phase.  The EmeShield will flash water into a waterproofing system we will install in a future phase. 

These 200 year old stairs would get water seepage in heavy rains so we applied EmeShield down them to control the water, and push it to a perimeter of DryTrak.  

This customer called in stating his Michigan Ledge basement was getting seepage. 

This customer called because they had a deteriorating red brick basement.  The walls were letting water in from many places.  We installed a full perimeter system of DryTrak along with some flashing in major problem areas.  

This home was a realty deal that needed to be waterproofed before the sale of the home.  We installed a partial perimeter system that captured the affected areas.
