Our System Design Specialist, Chris Russell, created a thorough foundation repair and waterproofing plan to restore her basement.

Penni chose to move forward with installing our systems, so our production crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system, our SuperSump sump pump, and wall anchors. This innovative wall anchor system will permanently stabilize your foundation wall by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond your foundation. The project took two days, and now the basement is permanently protected, and her peace of mind is restored.

Check out this transformation! Before, these Fort Branch, IN homeowners had an open sump hole which was allowing moisture into their basement. On top of that problem, they were also having problems with their sump pump working correctly, especially during heavy rains and storms. 

With the help of System Design Specialist, Scott Schaum, they have an upgraded TripleSafe Sump Pump system to keep their home healthy. With this sump pump, they essentially have three sump pumps in one sump liner. They now also have an airtight sump lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement and debris from clogging it. It also has a pump alarm to alert you if your sump pump had failed and your basement was in danger of being flooded. A backup battery is included as well. Here you can see the real difference that Waterguard and Brightwall systems can make in your Evansville, IN basement.  In the first picture, you can see the mineral build up and staining present n the block concrete foundation walls and concrete slab of the basement.  This staining can also be a breeding ground for mold.  In the second picture, you can see that the Waterguard basement perimeter drainage system was installed and the Brightwall wall system attached to direct wall moisture into the Waterguard system.  The two components now direct all wall moisture and groundwater seepage into the drains, to the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement and far away from the home.
