Mindi's basement was damp and humid due to some water getting in.  Our production crew installed a WaterGuard French Drain System, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. 

Before: Abigail’s basement in Dunkirk was dealing with water intrusion and high humidity, creating concerns about air quality and long-term damage. She contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate with waterproofing specialist Rob to find a permanent solution.

After the inspection, Rob recommended a comprehensive waterproofing system with humidity control. Foreman Evert and his crew installed the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system along the basement perimeter, adding a concrete curb where no footer was present. They then installed the TripleSafe pump system with primary and backup pumps, an UltraSump battery backup, and all components for dependable water removal. Two IceGuard units and a LawnScape outlet were added for exterior drainage, and new electrical outlets were installed for safe operation. To finish the job, the team installed the CleanSpace Wall System to seal out moisture and set up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for long-term humidity control.
