A homeowner in Markle, Indiana has a bedroom in her basement, but only a small window with now egress access.  Our Certified Inspector Rob met with the homeowner and recommended a large Egress Window with a RockWell window well.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin had to cut an access in the poured basement wall to install the window.

A homeowner in Churubusco, Indiana had an existing sump pump that had failed over time.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector and Victor installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to provide longevity and protection from a flood.   

A homeowner in Poneto, Indiana had some water issues in his basement.  We installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system that includes a WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system to keep the basement dry all year round.  

Mindi's basement was damp and humid due to some water getting in.  Our production crew installed a WaterGuard French Drain System, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier.

After the inspection, Rob recommended a comprehensive waterproofing system with humidity control. Foreman Evert and his crew installed the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system along the basement perimeter, adding a concrete curb where no footer was present. They then installed the TripleSafe pump system with primary and backup pumps, an UltraSump battery backup, and all components for dependable water removal. Two IceGuard units and a LawnScape outlet were added for exterior drainage, and new electrical outlets were installed for safe operation. To finish the job, the team installed the CleanSpace Wall System to seal out moisture and set up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for long-term humidity control.
