A homeowner in Carthage, IN was concerned about moisture in their crawl space and wanted a long-term solution to protect their home. Our Foreman Dewey and his crew installed a full crawl space encapsulation system to seal out moisture and improve the condition of the space.

The team installed 1,080 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier and 1,080 square feet of drainage matting to manage water beneath the liner. They also wrapped 13 support piers with our durable encapsulation material to fully seal the area. This system will help keep the crawl space dry, clean, and protected for years to come.

A homeowner in Gaston, Indiana had some issues with water seeping through the block foundation into the crawl space and causing high humidity.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin installed EZ Flo drainage around the interior perimeter of the crawl space and CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the ground and walls. 

A homeowner in New Haven, Indiana had a no existing vapor barrier in his crawl space causing humidity and moisture issues.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo thermal wall insulation, and a SuperSump pump system with EZ Flow drainage around the interior perimeter of the crawl space.

A homeowner in Pittsboro, Indiana was concerned about musty smells coming from the crawl space causing high humidity during warmer months.  Our Certified Inspector Cory thoroughly inspected the crawl space and noticed pools of water on an existing vapor barrier and took a moisture reading that showed very high humidity.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing the crawl space dirt floor and walls from moisture passing through.
