A multi-generational family in West Lafayette, Indiana wanted to transform their basement—previously used only for storage—into a comfortable living space for the daughter. Inspector Rob designed a comprehensive plan that included Basement to Beautiful™ insulated panels, EverLast wall restoration, CleanSpace wall system, and Elite Plank flooring to create a cozy, finished lower level. Foreman Loni and his crew also stabilized the basement walls with Geo-Lock anchors and installed a RockWell egress window system for added light and safety. To maintain a healthy environment, they added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, encapsulated the crawl space, and finished with a new EverLast door and TurtL access hatch.
