A owner of a duplex in Indianapolis, Indiana had tenants who were concerned about the condition of the basement walls after noticing cracking a movement of the walls.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended that the basement foundation walls be permanently stabilized to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Ivan, and Marcos installed a total of 5 Geo-Lock wall earth anchors on this particular wall with extension rods that provide anchoring strength that secures the weight of the wall into hard hard packed soil outside the home.
