A homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana noticed that the front corner of her house had dropped several inches over time and cracks had started forming in the exterior of the foundation.  Our Certified inspector Rob did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the home, inside the home to check for signs of foundation settlement, and in the crawl space.  Rob recommended 2 Helical Piers to stabilize the front corner of the foundation and PowerBraces on the interior wall of the crawl space to stabilize the walls that were bowing.  These foundation products were installed by our Foreman Evert and his crew members Juan, Edwin, and Ramon.
