A homeowner in Nashville, Indiana had significant foundation settlement that caused the outside of his brick foundation to crack and bow outward.  Our Certified Inspector Cory met with the homeowner and recommended Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Adam and his crew members Edwin, Ramon, and Victor installed a total of 11 Helical foundation piers.  

This homeowner had a wall his his half basement, half crawl space that was bowing inward and failing to support the floor joists.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed PowerBraces to provide permanent stabilization of the walls.

An American Legion Post in Galveston, Indiana had issues with water leaking into the basement and bowing walls.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Dennis installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to collect water passing through the walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.  The crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize the basement foundation walls.  

This homeowner in Walton, Indiana had some concerns about sagging floors in his home.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert and Gavan installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floor joists in the basement. 

This homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana had sagging floors in their home caused by failing floor joists in the crawl space.  Our production crew installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to stabilize the sagging floor joists.
