A homeowner in Lapel, Indiana had a major issue with an area of his kitchen floor caving in due to wood rot and lack of support below in the crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Jay met with the homeowner and recommended permanently stabilize the floors below with steel jacks and beams.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Eliuc installed a total of 3 SmartJack support posts in the crawl space. 

A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana had concerns about sagging and uneven floors in his home.  Our Foremen Joe and his crew members Mario and Erick installed a total of 12 SmartJacks to stabilize the failing floor joists and lift back to their original level.

A homeowner in Elwood, Indiana was concerned about the stability of his basement foundation wall due to it crumbling in several areas.  Our certified inspector Rob recommended permanent wall stabilization to prevent the wall from falling in.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin installed our EverBrace Foundation Wall Restoration System to take the place of the failing foundation wall and provide permanent stabilization.
