An owner of an apartment complex in Brownsburg, Indiana had received concerns from several of the residents about sagging and uneven floors in their homes.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Marion installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors joists in the crawl space and relevel the floors. 

A homeowner in Brownsburg, Indiana noticed sloping floors in her home and moisture in the crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Devon provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and took measurements of the floor to see where additional support was needed in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario sealed the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo thermal insulation.  SmartJack support posts were installed to stabilize the sagging floor joists in the crawl space.
