This customer wanted to redo their basement.  First we waterproofed the basement with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System and installed our CleanSpace Wall System. 

David was noticing excessive moisture levels in his basement, but didn’t know where it was coming from. He looked around the area thinking he had a leak and needed to have his basement waterproofed. When the design specialist, Wes of MidAmerica Basement Systems assessed his basement, it was discovered that the moisture was coming from David’s untreated crawlspace. Wes offered a permanent sealing option for the crawlspace called CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a thick liner that seals the exposed ground completely off from the rest of the crawlspace. The puncture- and tear-resistant material provides a moisture barrier, increasing the longevity of the home and decreasing the humidity and moisture levels. David has noticed a significant reduction in moisture levels in his basement thanks to a complete crawlspace encapsulation with CleanSpace.

Gary was having issues with water coming into his basement, but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have is issue inspected. During inspection, Wes Glasgow, design specialist, came to the conclusion that water was seeping in from the old foundation walls, and suggested the installation of CleanSpace.
