A homeowner in Oelwein, IA, noticed an odd odor around their home. After taking a closer look, the homeowner determined the smell was coming from their basement. After completing the inspection, Ryan confirmed that the crawl space needed to be fully encapsulated. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Chris, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Chris and his crew started by encapsulating the entire crawl space. The crew laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floors. Once the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished walls and floors. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner in Crosby, MN had water leaking into their basement, causing them to worry about mold build-up, water moisture, and a flooded basement. They did research on our website and came across our basement waterproofing products. The homeowner called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to their home to examine the water issues and come up with a solution that fits their needs. Our Foreman, Brian Colliton, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor in the corner of the basement, forming a hole. In the hole, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Our TripleSafe provides three layers of protection, comes with a battery back-up, and solves all three water problems in one system. Our crew connected the discharge line, ran it through the ceiling, and out of the home. To complete the project, our crew applied new concrete around the sump pump and left the basement cleaner than when they found it. The homeowner had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Tom from Crosby, ND had begun to notice a large amount of water finding its way into the basement of his lakeside home.
