Viper Kentucky Home Stabilized
Kenneth is a resident of Viper, Kentucky. His block foundation house was only 13–14 years old. However, the walls were already bowed, and the floors were uneven. To fix the problem, he called us after finding our website. Our sales representative, Brian, went out and gave him an estimate for helical piers. We dug up the ground near the foundation and installed 7 helical piers and raised his home. When the job was completed, we covered the holes we created back up with the soil we removed.

PowerBraces, WaterGuard and BrightWall resolves a bowing wall with water seepage in Cold Springs, KY
A Cold Springs, Kentucky homeowner was having problems with a bowing wall that was also seeping water into the basement. Austin, a Certified Inspector, recommended having PowerBraces installed to stabilize the wall. A BrightWall Paneling System to cover the walls and will also direct water down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. WaterGuard is a piping system that will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement and will drain it out of the basement through a drainage system, such as a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The PowerBrace System will stabilize the wall from settling and can be adjusted to potentially straighten the wall over time. The BrightWall really brightens up the basement and also keep the water from penetrating into the living space. The TripleSafe Sump pump system consists of a three pump system. A primary pump, and a secondary pump that would automatically turn on if the primary pump fails or it becomes overwhelmed. If the pump becomes overwhelmed both pumps will run together and can pump 6200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is the battery back-up pump and will automatically turn on if there is a power failure.
