Killis, the foreman was polite, informative, and worked with a great crew, Tyler, and John. Everyone worked easily together, the job progressed steadily, and there were no surprises. They were on time both days. We immediately noticed the difference in our first floor(restructuring was underneath) I highly recommend Basement Doctor for any structural needs in your basement! I hope that Killis, Tyler, and John win the “WOW” Service Award.

Your company installed anchors and I-Beams in my basement in January, from the 14th to the 16th.  Michael Schaffer was the lead man on the crew.  Both he and his crew were friendly and professional.  They were here on time and Michael answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  I would like to thank him and his crew for a job well done!

Great people to work with. They did everything I asked them to do and were extremely polite.This kind of work is never easy for the homeowner. It's extremely loud and messy. But, I wouldn't have wanted any other crew on it. The finished product looks and works better than I had hoped.

Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. A customer called into our call center to let us know that Rusty and Cody, who recently did a job for her, were professional, attentive, and did a great job!  Rusty and Cody installed a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, with IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet, and SmartJack Floor Support System in her home. 

Install crew was great and clean. Almost like nothing was done when they left. They worked like professionals and great team work.
