In Pineville, a homeowner faced unpleasant musty smells due to excessive moisture in their crawl space. This relatively new home had a crawl space that was actually in pretty good condition. However, the customers knew that they couldn't expect it to stay that way without it being encapsulated first. This newer home had a crawl space that was pretty clean for not being encapsulated. The owners decided to keep the crawlspace nice and healthy by just encapsulating it with CleanSpace matting.
