Concrete Repair Contractor in Frankfort, Kentucky

In Frankfort, KY, we completed a concrete lifting project that made a big difference in both safety and appearance. Our crew raised one driveway slab—the one adjacent to the sidewalk—and two adjoining sidewalk slabs to bring the surfaces back to level. This eliminated uneven transitions between the sidewalk and driveway, as well as between the driveway and garage floor. Once the slabs were properly lifted, we sealed all exposed mortar joints and the one visible crack with NexusPro sealant to protect against future water intrusion and shifting. The result is a smooth, even surface that not only looks better but also removes tripping hazards for years to come.

Concrete Repair Company in Harrodsburg, Kentucky

This elevated front porch was sinking into the soil, which had caused a gap to form between the home's vinyl siding and the porch floor. The floor of the porch was also angled down towards the home, which made the porch awkward to walk on and put furniture on. Another problem was that the porch was covered, but whenever it stormed really badly, the rain ran towards the homes foundation. We fixed the slanted porch by injecting our polyurethane foam through the slab on the side closer side of the home. After we carefully injected the slab, we were able to even the porch back out again, fixing all the problems the homeowner wished for.

PolyLevel Lifting in Paintsville, KY

This front porch in Paintsville, KY, had settled several inches over time, leaving an uneven surface and a noticeable gap where it met the house. Our crew used the PolyLevel system to lift the porch slab back to its proper height, providing solid support once again. The installation required only small injection ports, meaning we could raise the concrete with minimal disturbance to the surrounding area. In just a short time, we were able to lift the porch by a couple of inches and restore its level appearance—without the mess or cost of replacement. Be sure to scroll through the photos to see how seamless the lift turned out.
