This elevated front porch was sinking into the soil, which had caused a gap to form between the home's vinyl siding and the porch floor. The floor of the porch was also angled down towards the home, which made the porch awkward to walk on and put furniture on. Another problem was that the porch was covered, but whenever it stormed really badly, the rain ran towards the homes foundation. We fixed the slanted porch by injecting our polyurethane foam through the slab on the side closer side of the home. After we carefully injected the slab, we were able to even the porch back out again, fixing all the problems the homeowner wished for.

This driveway had seen better days before we went to level it all out with our expansive foam jacking method. The troubled soil that rested beneath the driveway was settling unevenly, causing the driveway slabs to crack and bend. We jacked the slabs with our PolyLevel foam to even out the driveway, eliminating the risk of tripping. We also filled in all the cracks and seams with our NexusPro sealant, which will prevent the weeds from growing out again.

Concrete Repair Company in Richmond, Kentucky

This single concrete driveway slab was sinking into the hillside in Richmond, KY, before we raised and stabilized it with our PolyLevel foam jacking method. PolyLevel is an expansive foam that is much cleaner than alternative mud jacking methods. If this slab was mud jacked, you would see mud flow everywhere. Now that the void is filled and the slab is raised back to normal, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about their driveway cracking.

Concrete Driveway Leveling Services in Corbin, Kentucky

This driveway in Corbin, KY, had become uneven over time. Different slabs were settling at different paces, and the result was many tripping hazards for the neighborhood kids. The homeowners wanted their driveway leveled and sealed so that their driveway was safe of tripping hazards, and so that their driveway has a longer life-span. We do our leveling with our PolyLevel foam which is less invasive, stronger, and has a quicker install time than mud jacking.

Concrete Lifting in Stanton, Kentucky

This concrete slab in Stanton, KY, had settled into the ground, causing the porch to slope aggressively down and away from the front door. If you look closely at the before picture, you can see that the homeowner had to wedge a brick between the column and the slab to support the roof overhang above the porch. We went out and injected our PolyLevel foam beneath the slab in order to lift and level the concrete back to where it was poured originally. After we restored the porch, we then lifted the sidewalk to match the newly transformed porch slab. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome, and most of all, not having to worry about their overhanging roof's structural soundness.
