First we waterproofed the basement, and then poured a beautiful new concrete floor. Then, we installed our galvanized steel SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are put in place to restore a homes foundation to its original state. All three of these implementations by TC Hafford made the home safer.

A homeowner from Center Ossippee, NH reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems interested in getting a free estimate for a sump pump to be installed. Our System Design Specialist Rick Russell was able to meet with the homeowner and come up with a plan to install a TripleSafe sump pump along with an exterior discharge line. The TripleSafe includes two Zoeller pumps with an additional Battery Powered Backup pump that keeps the basement dry during a power outage. The TripleSafe drains through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that’s protected against freezing with the installation of IceGuard. With the new sump pump in place the homeowner no longer has to worry about any water issues in their basement. 

Homeowners from Nottingham, ME wanted help getting a concrete slab floor for their dirt floor basement, and with waterproofing the area. We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system to channel water to their new SmartSump pump. 

When this homeowners basement flooded during the melting of snow after last winter, they knew they needed something done before this happened again. They called us at TC Hafford Basement Systems, and we set them up with a free estimate before beginning work on solving their moisture problem. To protect this basement from future flooding, a WaterGuard piping system was installed around the perimeter of the floor. These pipes are buried below the surface of the floor where they will absorb any leaking water before it can reach the surface in the future. Next a TripleSafe sump system was installed and connected directly to the WaterGuard to provide a means to remove the captured water. Finally, IceGuard and LawnScape pipe segments were attached to the discharge line to further protect the basement from potential leakage causes.

With their newly waterproofed basement, this homeowner can expect a dry basement year-round from now on. The WaterGuard & TripleSafe installation will keep this basement completely water-free for years to come!

Homeowners in Rochester, NH had cement block foundation walls that were leaking water. We installed CleanSpace Wall System, a vapor barrier that protects the walls from moisture coming in, channeling any water behind the liner directly to the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard channels the water to the brand new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps for protection against pump failure, as well as a battery back up so there are no concerns if the power goes out. The TripleSafe removes water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line, which is protected by IceGuard to prevent freezing up in the winter.
