A homeowner from New Bedford, MA noticed several leaks in his basement, which were due to his current sump pump not being strong enough. This basement in downtown New Bedford, MA was built in the 1800's. The stone foundation has been deteriorating for years creating a nightmare for the homeowners when it rained. The solution would be to install a vapor barrier that can be tucked into the flange of their sub floor drainage system. The Cleanspace wall is a 20mil pastic vapor barrier that would trap anything dripping down the walls and redirect it to the WaterGuard which will carry it to the sump.
