A basement in Ashland, MA was not in the best shape as there was insulation falling apart, debris everywhere and it felt very damp. Clearly not in ideal conditions, so we improved the quality by cleaning out the debris, replacing the insulation with our SilveGlo wall insulation and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This system collectively deals with any moisture problems and heats up the area as well! 

This homeowner in Kingston, RI reached out to us looking for help with their dirty and poorly insulated crawl space. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home to assess the space and he drew up a plan for it. On installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew first removed any debris and old insulation from the space. Then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. They reinsulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which will regulate temperature much more effectively and it doesn't deteriorate over time like fiberglass. Lastly, the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal it off. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about the crawl space beneath their home!
