A homeowner in Cranston, RI called us looking for help with their cold, dirt floor crawl space that was taking on water. Our inspector, Trevor, went to the home to assess the crawl space's issues and provide a free estimate. Our foreman, MJ, and his crew cleaned out the crawl space and then installed our SmartPipe drainage system around the perimeter of the crawl space floor. They also replaced the existing sump pump with our SuperSump Plus sump pump to more efficiently send water out and away from the crawl space. Next, the crew installed our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate the temperature of the space. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, they set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind when it comes to their crawl space!
