This home in Middletown, RI had a floor to ceiling crack that was previously attempted to be sealed by in home appliances, but that didn't work. So we got called up to see what our services could provide, and basement wall cracks are no stranger to us! We used our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to cover and seal the crack. A flexible polyurethane was used to prevent additional water to seep in.

This homeowner in Mansfield, MA had a crawl space in their home that they were looking to encapsulate. The home was built around 1728 and the crawl space had a dirt floor and fieldstone walls, very common in older homes. During a previous project, the dirt floor was covered in tarp but the owner was looking for a better system, we were happy to help! Our inspector Trevor drew up a plan to have the crawl space cleared of any debris and encapsulated, to result in a clean and protected crawl space. On installation day, our crew, lead by foreman MJ, successfully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The homeowner can now feel confident that their old home is protected by our new technology.

This homeowner in Mansfield, MA was concerned with the conditions of their crawl space as it was taking on water and had mold growing in certain areas. Crawl space repair is one of our specialties so our inspector, Trevor, was happy to go take a look and draw up a solution. Crawl space encapsulation is a great way to combat moisture issues, so on installation day our crew made it happen! Lead by our foreman, Tomas A, the crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal out moisture and they also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. They also sprayed Mold-X2 in the areas of concern to clean and prevent mold from growing back. With the crawl space encapsulated, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about moisture buildup or mold any longer!
