The owner of this crawlspace in Weston, MA was seeking help due to the amount of moisture creeping in. There were clear signs of moisture in the crawlspace, along with some water damage in the walls. Our solution for this issue was to apply CleanSpace to give the crawlspace a vapor barrier, along with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent moisture from getting into the air! 

This damp, musty, dirt floor crawlspace in Attleboro Falls, MA had no existing vapor barrier installed. The homeowners were noticing a musty, moldy smell in their living space; because the air in our homes filters from the basement/crawlspace up throughout the home - this did not come as a surprise to our inspector Trevor when the homeowners explained their concerns. Though the crawlspace was narrow, he was able to go inside and inspect to take measurements and come up with a solutions that would address their concerns. With a CleanSpace encapsulation and vapor barrier installed by DryZone, brand new SilverGlo insulation installed throughout, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to regulate the relative humidity within the crawlspace - these homeowners can rest assured their home will be rid of that musty smell, their crawlspace is well protected, and those musty and moldy odors should not return!

This homeowner from Barrington, RI needed to encapsulate her unfinished basement. There was water seeping through, causing the humidity level to rise. Luckily, we were able to install CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture from coming in!

This Barrington, RI homeowner had a brick foundation crawl space that was cold in the winter and humid in the summer, so they were looking for options to insulate. After inspection, it was decided that our team would insulate the crawl space with our TerraBlock and SilverGlo insulation. Our team was also able to remove the debris from the crawlspace and encapsulate with CleanSpace vapor barrier to ensure a clean finished project.

This homeowner in Providence, RI was having issues with water coming into their crawl space but not making it to their existing sump pump. Our inspector, Steve, went out to take a look and came up with a solution to waterproof the crawl space. Our crew, lead by Riley, installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the crawl space floor to ensure that any water trying to enter would be channeled directly into the sump pump. The existing sump pump was removed and filled in and our SuperSump Plus was installed in a better suited area. Our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier was then installed to encapsulate the crawl space and seal out any excess water. Outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to make sure that the water being pumped out of the crawl space wouldn't come back in due to a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can be confident in their updated crawl space waterproofing system.
