A homeowner wanted to completely encapsulate his dirt crawlspace with a vapor barrier to keep it free from moisture. He didn't want moisture to cause any mold to grow onto the wooden building material, so the best solution we provided was encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier that will separate the home from the earth! 

A customer from Jamestown, RI wanted to repair his musty crawl space that was extremely humid. Luckily for him, our team planned and executed a full encapsulation of CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent any moisture intrusion to lower the humidity levels. We also installed SilverGlo wall insulation to keep this area at a constant and comfortable temperature all year long. Then, for added protection against humidity, we plugged in our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier! 

A customer from Jamestown, RI was dealing with excessive moisture in his crawl space. This unfortunately caused mold spores to appear on the wood. To protect this crawl space from future mold growth and musty odors, we encapsulated the interior of this area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to ensure there's no moisture intrusion. This home in Jamestown, RI had two concrete floor crawlspaces, that were taking on water through the foundation walls and floors. After speaking with Ken in our Appointment Center, our inspector Mike went out to perform a thorough evaluation of the crawlspaces and determine what could be done to eliminate this water issue. Our crew, led by foreman Kervin, installed our CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system in both crawlspaces; a SmartSump crawlspace sump pump system was installed in one crawlspace, while the other had a TripleSafe sump pump system installed (the heigh and depth of the foundation in this second crawl would allow for it). And to top it off, a new SaniDry Sedona was installed to help maintain a relative humidity, one that is too low for mold or mildew to grow, keeping these crawlspaces dry and issue-free for years to come!
