This crawlspace in the Jamaica Plain, MA suburb of Boston was in need of a vapor barrier and more effective insulation system. This homeowner reached out to DryZone, and our team came out to wrap the crawlspace in our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installed SilverGlo insulation all along the perimeter walls. In addition to those measures, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to help maintain relative humidity within the crawlspace!

This crawlspace in Canton, MA was cold and drafty making the floors in the kitchen above it unbearable! Our solution for the crawl was to insulate and line it, keeping the heat from the house in and any moisture or cool air out. With the Silverglo insulation and CleanSpace liner to seal it, this space could be kept a controlled environment and they could turn the heat down since there was less sneaking out. 

There was a homeowner in Canton, MA that needed to encapsulate his dirt crawlspace because there was so much moisture running around. The dirt exposes the crawlspace to moisture and insects, which won't benefit in the long run. So we were able to encapsulate the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This will protect from moisture and make it more difficult for pests to get in! 

A homeowner in Cambridge, MA was having problems with their crawl space being very moist and it was starting to affect the living space of their home. When Jake, one of our inspectors, went to the home to take a look, he drew up a solution that would keep the crawl space dry and clean. Foreman Tomas and his crew got to work on installation day with encapsulating the crawl space! They started by removing any debris that was in the space and then regraded the soil for drainage. Then they laid the drainage matting which allows water to flow under and out of the space instead of pooling inside of it. They insulated the walls of the crawl space with our SilverGlo insulation which regulates the temperature of the space. Finally, they encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which seals off the space from being impacted by water or weather. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawl space is in much better shape and won't be taking a toll on their home's living space any longer.

This basement/crawlspace combination in Little Compton, RI needed some waterproofing and insulating. Along with our TripleSafe sump pump and two SaniDry Dehumidifiers, two SmartDrain leak alarm systems, as well as the CleanSpace vapor barrier, was put up around the whole space to keep moisture out and prevent mold from growing. Then, while considering convenience, we use long corded remote alarms so that they could be placed at the beginning of the crawl space and the homeowner can easily turn them off once they hear the alarm and identify the leak.
