Our inspector visited the home and saw the horizonal crack, indicating the wall was bowing into the basement. The PowerBraces can also be tightened over time, potentially reversing the effects of wall failure.

Our inspector, Rick, went to the home to assess the foundation issues and then he drew up a solution for them. Our foreman, Julius, and his crew installed our Push Pier system on installation day. Push Piers are driven deep into the soil beneath the home's foundation to stabilize the structure. Once the Push Piers are in place, they can even be used to lift the foundation and close the cracks. The crew was able to slightly lift the foundation and then they sealed up the visible cracks to close them completely. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about their home having settlement problems!
