Around the perimeter of the basement floor, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system and covered it in fresh concrete. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the stairs to collect excess water and is connected to the WaterGuard. Our TripleSafe sump pump was also installed, which takes the water collected in the drainage system and sends it out of the basement through the discharge lines. The crew set up the IceGuard discharge line system outside of the home to prevent flooding from a clogged or frozen line.
