Hi Len, As I mentioned during our phone discussion, this is now our 3rd interaction with various regional locations of "Basement System" company products. Your willingness to work with us to address both the basement & crawlspace issues, the professional level of customer service and the quality of the materials used resulted with us selecting the DryZone Basement Systems for this project. The crew were excellent and Steve answered all of my questions patiently and kept me informed at all stages of the installation including explaining various recommendations for issues that became evident during the project implementation. John and I were very pleased with how the installation took place. Payment is going out by Certified US Mail today and should arrive in the office early next week. Nick was ON time and finished on time that is what I like. He explained the service provided and was very knowledgable. He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived.

Just wanted to tell you guys that 10 years after getting you guys in to completely seal our foundation prior to finishing our basement, and provide under flooring and humidity management equipment: We just experienced 12 inches of rain in 96 hours in North Attleboro, complete with a state of emergency.  Our basement is bone dry.    Pls pass along to your team!    With thanks!  B

DryZone Basements entire approach to service and commitment is so refreshing. I was incredibly skeptical given my history with their competitor, and asked & reasked for an honest assessment, "was it REALLY possible for me to have a dry basement?" They commented - my basement was BAD, for sure, one of the worst they had seen, but they were confident they could make it dry and so far, somehow, they did! We had two weeks of rain, and I still have a dry basement... even through a power outage! and with the horrible smells of wet moldy basement gone... I am so grateful I switched companies and have nothing but amazing things to say about DryZone basements!!! I am even, dare I say, considering utilizing my basement! Such a difference and nothing but amazing things to say about DryZone, their staff and their products!

Very informative sales presentation. Crew was very clean, did the job and showed up when they were supposed to.

This company provided me with many extra services and did not charge extra fees. We are moving and needed quite a bit of work done in the basement. With their help, not only did we receive a lifetime warrantee for the system, but the crew did some demolition that helped greatly. On top of everything else, Ricky's crew returned our escaped Bearded Dragon into his cage! The finished product is clean, precise and they delivered exactly as promised.

Ricky and his crew were amazing. I was told the job would take 2 days; they managed to finish in one day and my basement looked beautiful (sump pump, dehumidifier, waterproofing and installation of drainage and foaming). I cannot say enough about this very professional company from Joe the representative to Ricky the crew chief. I chose DryZone because they were willing to come on a weekend to assess the property
