Daniel and Johnathon recently got their home when they realized the floors were sagging. Unsure of what to do, they contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems, and our team conducted an inspection. Our team concluded the floor joist below needed structural support as the previous supports deteriorated. SmartJacks were installed to level and permanently stabilize the floor. By utilizing load-bearing bases and steel column jacks; our team was able to level the floor and provide a permanent solution for Daniel and Johnathon!

Barbara found the floor above her crawl space was slanted and knew she must fix it, so she called Ayers. Our team of experts went to her home and suggested SmartJacks to lift the floor to a level position. SmartJacks are floor jacks designed for supplemental support. Engineered to bear large loads, zinc-plated, and hot-dip galvanized steel, making SmartJacks stronger and built to last longer than other floor jacks.

After recently buying a home, Carlyn realized some foundational problems. The brick foundation walls were bowing and cracking, and the home's integrity was questionable. Carlyn reached out to Ayers to find a solution. After an assessment of her home, the team at Ayers suggested Shotcrete.

Shotcrete is concrete or mortar that is sprayed through a high pressures hose onto a wall or surface; thus sticking and creating structural support. Shotcrete can stabilize foundation walls that are failing through the distribution of weight and pressure. One applied the brick foundation in Carlyn's home was stabilized!

Walt had a wall in his crawl space that was starting to bow due to the soil surrounding the home pushing on the wall. The wall has moved a lot within the past 6 months causing the bowing to get worse. He installed some temporary support for the wall until he could find a permanent solution that will keep his home safe. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors to keep the wall from moving further as well as help to return the wall to the correct position. They work by using the hard and stable soil beyond the home to stabilize the wall. They do not damage the wall or take up space and they are installed with minimal disruption to the lawn.

Lynette needed solutions to tackle the foundation issues she was running into that were causing her block foundation wall to start bowing. She made the call to Ayers for our foundation repair options. Our System Design Specialists determined GeoLock Anchors would work best after conducting a free inspection. GeoLock Anchors have an interior anchor plate that sits on the inside of the foundation wall. Then a steel cable is drilled through the plate, the wall, and the soil to a predetermined distance from the home. Lastly, another plate is anchored to the other end of the cable in stable soil. This system will prevent further bowing caused by soil pressure. Lynette was relieved to have a foundation repair system installed that will keep her home safe!
