Due to the heavy rains in South Haven, MI homeowner Ruth R. had water coming into her basement up through the floors. The water was so bad that it had to be moped and dumped out of the basement everyday. That is too much to deal with when there is a perfect solution to the problem! 

Our professional team installed the TripleSafe sump pump to stop this unwanted water from coming in. The TripleSafe is three sump pumps in one giving you triple protection! The first sump pump removes water effectively and efficiently from your home. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate discharge line. A cusotmer had water leaking into his crawl space causing mold growth, so our team insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out. 

We received a call from these South Haven MI, residents saying that they were having flooding issues in their basement pretty frequently. After going out for our free inspection and assessing their situation, we decided the best course of action was to install our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain.

Our WaterGuard is an interior waterproofing system that is more efficient and lasts much longer than other perimeter systems. Kens unfinished basement had some drains in the floor but water keeps backing up, causing standing water. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system under the floor. The drain collects the water in the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be expelled outside the home. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides 3 levels of protection to the basement in case of a power outage or pump malfunction.
