The homeowners in Muskegon, MI had a ton of water coming into their basement. They were not sure where the water was coming from, but they knew they needed to do something because it was causing damage to their basement floor and their belongings. 

Our professional team installed the TripleSafe sump pump to combat the water, but for added to protection they installed the IceGuard anti freeze system. The IceGuard system is installed on the sump pump discharge line on the outside of the home. 

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry. When the discharge pipe thaws, the water will automatically run along its normal route, and no water will escape from the IceGuard.

Cold air from Frances's crawl space was making his floors cold so he called our team. In order to encapsulate his crawl space, our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

Frances had cold floors due to cold air seeping into her home from her crawl space. In order to completely seal off her crawl space our team insulated her rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now airflow is restricted keeping outside air out and inside air in. Frances will no longer have to worry about her floors being cold.

Due to a high water table a customer had heavy water intrusion in his basement. So our team installed TripleSafe, a sump pump system. This system provides ultimate protection against all basement leakage and any moisture problems because it has three pumps within this one system. One of the pumps is battery powered so that the system can work even during power outages.
