Pam's partially finished basement was flooded from water intrusion where the floor and wall met. In order to solve Pam's flooding issues our team installed the WaterGuard System along with a TripleSafe and IceGuard. Each of these three items play a large role in keeping basements dry. The WaterGuard system will catch any leakage from higher walls and floors. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered which will allow Pam to not worry about her basement flooding during power outages. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to leave even when it is frozen. Installing these three pieces will keep Pam's basement dry no matter what weather her house encounters.

Bryan and Michelle had us out to do some waterproofing in the past but only in certain areas in the basement. They recently had some more water coming in from cracks in their downstairs shower. We installed the WaterGuard Below Floor Drain to keep water out of the finished basement. It connects with the sump pump that we installed previously to keep water pumping up. The drain is installed below the floor but atop the foundation footing to keep it from flooding. All concrete is restored after installation so you don't have an unsightly drain in the space.

BrightWall enhanced these brick basement walls by providing a smooth, clean finish. These panels are made of rigid plastic sheeting that's attached to your basement wall by drilled-in plastic fasteners. They're waterproof and washable, and provide a vapor barrier on the walls to prevent humidity and the growth of mold.
