Leonard was looking to have his small basement window replaced with a larger one to open up his basement space more. He called Ayers to see what we could offer and our crew determined he would love our Egress Windows.

Egress Windows are larger windows which are perfect for basements as they allow more fresh air to circulate the space as well as more natural light. These windows also include a well with a step which provides a safe exit in the case of an emergency where a quick exit is needed. His basement will look much more inviting and complete now with these windows.

Rick, a homeowner in Ludington, has owned his home since 1996 but has never had the luxury of a dry basement. With an increasing number of belongings and a need for extra storage space, he reached out to Ayers for help with the severe water seepage in his basement. Over the past year, he noticed that the water levels had risen higher up the walls, seeping through the cinder blocks and leaving darker stains behind. Our customer called with a crack in the foundation in her basement's closet. The crack was leaking and subsequently causing a mold problem.

Scott V. contacted us because his finished basement was literally getting ruined by excessive amounts of water. There were puddles flooding this basement in almost every room. Having an unfinished basement get flooded is bad enough but a finished one where you have to end up replacing the carpet and the drywall is not a good day. 

After seeing what was happening and discussing options Scott and our team of experts decided to go ahead and install our WaterGuard system. So many people have WaterGuard installed because it really does work. It's installed underneath your floor so you can't tell it's there and it collects all that water so it doesn't ruin your belongings. WaterGuard collects water from the walls and ground and directs it to the sump pump, to be properly pumped out of the basement.
