Due to the settling foundation, the garage concrete was starting to crack and sink as well. To keep the foundation from sinking even more, we installed Helical Piers. They anchor into the solid soil to stabilize the foundation as well as help lift it back to the original level. To fix the garage floor, we used PolyLevel. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is lightweight and waterproof and used to lift and level concrete.
