The Fulton family wanted to finish their basement and create a bedroom downstairs. They opted for an egress window to bring in more light but also to satisfy the requirements of the law that stipulate that all basement bedrooms have an egress window. You can see that enough dirt is excavated to allow for an easy exit in case of an emergency. That cleared space also brings in a ton of light.

Where the floor and wall meet in Bryttne’s basement water was intruding. She tried repairing it to prevent water intrusion, but nothing was working so she called our team.
