Sump Pumps in Hudsonville, MI
A customer had water leaking into her basement which was causing her carpets to get wet and mold to grow in her basement. She called our team and so we installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. This system can handle high pumping demands better than normal sump pumps. In addition, it will alert you when water levels are too high and has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering.
Installing an Egress Window in a White Pigeon, MI Basement
Our customer called with water issues in their basement, but also wanted an egress window installed so once the waterproofing was done they could use the basement as proper living space. We installed a new egress window in place of the old window, bringing the basement up to code for use as a bedroom.
Waterproofing a Manistee Michigan Basement
This Manistee home is a summer cottage, only occupied for about half of the year, but it gets some water into the basement. It creates a small amount of standing water, small enough amount that can be taken care of with a mop, but Carl just wants to have a waterproofing system installed. We started with the WaterGuard drain which is a perimeter drain installed under the floor. It collects the water and sends it to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home. The SuperSump Plus is great for occasional water intrusions, provides total protection for the home, and works perfectly with the drain system. To keep the space dry and protect it from mold or rot, we installed the CleanSpace Wall System and the SaniDry XP. The CleanSpace keeps out humidity and water vapor. It also gives a clean bright look to the space. The SaniDry dehumidifier blows dry air throughout the basement, works with the drain system, and filters the air.

Ayers Turns Onekama, MI Vacation House into Full Time Home
Kim’s 2004 Onekama, MI vacation home is almost done being renovated. She and her husband are planning on retiring in the home, but want to finish the basement. They wanted a few egress windows installed in order to go ahead with the rest of the project.
Our egress windows bring safety and beauty in one. Building codes require that basement living spaces must have a large enough window to safely evacuate in case of emergency. Our windows have built-in steps and durable covers that hold up to 500 pounds.
Kim and her husband were thrilled with the work Ayers did, and cannot wait to finish their renovations before moving in full time.
