Diane needed new discharge lines installed after she had decided to waterproof her home with Ayers! Diane opted to have the LawnScape Outlet installed for its benefits. Pete was sick of worrying about the crack in his concrete wall that was in his basement. He called Ayers for solutions and we had a crew come to his home for an inspection where it was determined he needed FlexiSpan. This will seal up this small crack in the wall and is a great option if you don't want to pay for a full wall remodel. The crew starts with sealing the crack with a flexible sealant and then a drainage layer is added in case water did end up permeating the membrane, it would flow down the original wall out of sight. The water would then enter the drainage system located below the FlexiSpan and this is covered with concrete.
