Robin was alarmed by the amount of water leaking into her basement. She wasn't sure why this was happening and called Ayers for help. This is an effective solution as it consists of a large well and a safe exit passage in the case of an emergency. Another benefit being the larger window will provide better natural light, making the space seem bigger and more inviting.
