Jackie couldn't believe how much water pooled in her basement after the last storm. She knew her old sump pump had probably failed, so she called Ayers for help. We sent a team of professionals to her home who recommended installing TripleSafe. Melissa and Terry’s historic home near Blue Lake in Climax, MI, showed severe signs of age—sloping floors, crumbling foundations, and unwanted critters in the crawl space. Worried about safety and structural integrity, they called Ayers for help. To lift and stabilize their sagging floors, we installed crawl space support jacks (SmartJack® system) and a structural spray concrete layer (shotcrete) to seal and reinforce the old fieldstone foundation. We then added drainage matting to manage water beneath the surface and sealed everything with a heavy-duty crawl space moisture barrier (CleanSpace®). Now, Melissa and Terry have a safer, drier, and stronger home; they can feel confident in it for years to come.

Sandra wanted her crawl space completely encapsulated so she called our team. In addition to installing other systems, our team insulated her rim joists. Seams and small cracks can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now, flow in and out of the crawl space is restricted which keeps vapor and moisture out.

It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
