Kat noticed water leaking into her basement through some wall cracks which was frustrating for her as this was making her belongings wet. She decided to make the call to Ayers for professional help and our crew was able to determine she needed our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System after a free inspection was conducted. The WaterGuard System will provide the perfect fix for her as this is a sub-floor drainage system that will collect water leaking in through the walls. It is placed along the perimeter of the basement and concealed with concrete. TripleSafe is a three pump system that fits in one durable liner, keeping water out of her basement.

This homeowner's decision to upgrade to the best sump pump on the market was necessary to keep water away from the items stored in the basement. The advantages of using the TripleSafe sump pump include having three separate pumps that are activated at different times (depending on the water level) and the addition of the battery backup, which automatically turns on in the event of a power outage.

The white panels of BrightWall are a moisture barrier system that keeps water out of view in the basement. As water leaks in through the block wall, it will be escorted down the wall and into a drainage system that sits in the foot and wall joint. The perimeter drainage system WaterGuard sits under the footing of the ground and will carry the water out to be discharged. As a system, BrightWall will solve the leaking problems that this basement has been dealing with for a long time.
