After nearly 8 years in their Zeeland, Michigan home, Laurie and Vern decided they wanted more space. What better place to add one than their finished basement! To bring the room up to code compliant, the couple enlisted our help. Our systems design specialists replaced their old, useless window with a functional egress window. The new window not only makes their new bedroom code compliant, but it also supplies fresh air and natural lighting!

These homeowners had a sump pump failure leading to some basement flooding in a carpeted area. They decided that it was time to get rid of the carpet and find another flooring option that would work well in a potentially wet space. A customer needed an egress window to complete the room in her finished basement. So she called our team and we installed an egress window. Due to poor insulation around the window, most windows usually offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home. However, egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, egress windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition, these windows provide lots of natural light.

Moisture and vapor were leaking into a customer's crawl space so she asked us to seal off her crawl space. We insulated her rim joists to completely close off her crawl space. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping vapor and moisture out.

A customer had heavy flooding in her basement so she called our team for help. In addition to other systems, we installed TripleSafe. TripleSafe has three pumps so that it can handle the highest pumping demands. Also, one of the pumps is battery powered so it can continue to pump water even during power outages. This customer will no longer have to worry about her basement flooding even if her electricity goes out.
