Our team designed a customized solution, starting with push piers and wall anchors to stabilize the foundation, followed by the EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System for added structural support. We then installed a WaterGuard® Drainage System to manage water intrusion and protect the space. Now, their basement is dry, secure, and ready for the future.

Trevor noticed water pooling on the floor in his basement. Knowing this was an issue, he called Ayers to learn more. We sent a team of specialists who recommended he install the Triple Safe sump pump system. TripleSafe prevents pump failure and leaking water by including a primary pump, backup, and battery-powered sump in case of power outages. Trevor is relieved to be confident in his dry basement!

After a longstanding problem with water in the basement, our customer called to take care of it once and for all. Among the problems was a sump pump that just couldn't keep up. In addition to not being strong enough, the pump also didn't have a cover, and leaving it open made it vulnerable to damage or being clogged with debris.

We installed a SuperSump pump to efficiently discharge the water from the basement. In addition to its powerful motor, the cover protects the system.

With FrothPak, this insulation can be sprayed just about anywhere. It's waterproof and inorganic making it completely mold resistant.
