The structural foundation in a customer’s crawl space was deteriorating. She called our team and we installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors and provide structural support. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. Using steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base, SmartJack addresses any issues your crawl space may introduce to your foundation. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Wall anchors are heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors placed in solid soil with a steel rod connecting the ground anchor to an inside anchor on the basement wall, providing clamping pressure to stabilize the wall. Gary has been dealing with water intrusion in his Custer, Michigan basement from the 1800s for almost three decades.
